  2. Place your goal into one these categories - FINANCIAL, HEALTH, HOBBIES, WORK,    SPIRITUAL, RELATIONSHIPS
  3. Track any goal on an everyday basis, or once a week, or once a month
  4. Mark them as done on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, and earn points.
  5. Goal completion medal shows when your point score is at least 90%. This feedback lets you review how many times you have stuck to what you have promised to do.
  6. It is very flexible. If you decide an everyday goal needs to be actually a weekly goal you can easily change it. You can even extend the time period over which you want to pursue your activity.
